Sam fixed my clogged sink with speed and cleanliness. He showed me the disposal that I was unaware that I had. He then re placed a screw in a cabinet door and oiled my front door without me asking because it had a serious squeak. He is very friendly, always speaking to me whenever I see him in the building. Very knowledgeful about his job. Works clean and knows what he’s doing. He’s a great asset to the building.

I moved to Mera Greenfield 6 months ago and have enjoyed every minute. They offer so many different activities you can participate in... if you choose too. The ladies in the office are awesome, always ready to help or just chat. Our maintenance guys are great! We have a heated pool, open year round, karate classes, fitness classes, movie nights, lots of card games and plenty of social events. I couldn't of picked a better place to live and enjoy this phase of my life.

The staff and residents at Mera Greenfield are amazing! They recently stepped up to help Arizona’s homeless population to reconnect with loved ones and friends by supporting WRITE NOW! WRITE NOW! is a project that provides packets containing greeting cards, stamped envelopes, pens, and pads of paper and are given to anyone wanting to touch base with family and/or friends. Mera staff found the project online and contacted me offering to provide packets for distribution at social service locations in the greater Phoenix area. On November 20, 2025, 12 incredibly artistic and enthusiastic residents created 83 packets for distribution at local churches and social service organizations. Mera Greenfield regularly addresses community needs in the Mesa area. A few of projects that they have supported recently include: • Feeding foster kids and those in need; • Supporting domestic violence survivors; • Offering emotional support and encouragement to cancer survivors and patients; and • Sewing supportive devices for pre

Was told again nothing can be done to water levels in washer. Suppose to fill by weight. This causes more smaller loads, if laundry over half full, not enough water to cover the cloths even if on high. It shows me I'd never buy this style!

Unfortunately the smoke detectors heat sensor could not be adjusted . It goes off every time we use the oven due to heat not smoke . Have to use a broom handle to push the button to get it to go off . Very annoying .

Mera Greenfield has it all! Amenities are fabulous. The activities are diverse and plentiful. There is something for everyone and if you want something more, all you have to do is mention it and someone will organize that activity and put it on the calendar! The staff is the best and the residents are, as well. It feels like family. You can do as much or as little as you would like. No judgement just lots of support by everyone staff and residents. Mera Greenfield has addressed a much needed gap in housing options for older seniors in Gilbert/Mesa. My reality is this was the right fit for my father who's on the older side of 55+ but not in poor health and not using assisted mobility devices. There were no apartment style options for seniors who were older but weren't ready for, and didn't need independent living. While searching I found most of the seniors moving into "independent living" are older and slower; we weren't looking for that. If your looking for a place for your older parent that's warm, new, and active, take a look at this place. There's also a great group of guys here, which is a bit different than other places that don't have as many men. It took me 3 years to find something like this for my parent. When we moved here eight months ago, we were told to put our emergency request in the portal. I have now found out through maintenance not the office that the portal only sends them an email . That I have to call the main number and select maintenance for an emergencyand then the phone call will go directly to one of the maintenance personnel directly on call. The portal is mainly for the office to keep track of maintenance requests. Nobody in the office had told me that. The office needs to have clearer instructions. Our air conditioning has gone out twice in the last three months in our unit. once I got a hold of maintenance, and spoke to them and on the phonethey came and fixed it the same day . Now I know what I need to do if it happens again.

I moved in to this community in July. I was looking for a 55+ apartment complex and as soon as I walked in, I knew I wanted to live here. The lobby is stunning and the beautiful decor and amenities don’t end there. It’s a secure, well maintained complex. The staff and other residents are friendly. There are so many daily activities planned along with the gym, pool, game room, library, movie room and more. You can choose to participate or not but always made to feel welcome to join. They have a guest suite for serious potential residents to spend the night. Sam from maintenance is kind and competent. Jackie was such a fun yet professional to work with. Jodi and Yohariz are terrific managers. I can’t say enough about all the staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I’d be hard pressed to find a place that has everything I would want or need at a reasonable cost to rent.

Sam the maintenance man that always comes is absolutely amazing and great. He’s super friendly, he’s kind and he’s efficient. He does what is requested of him. The issue that I’m having stems from cigarette smoke smells in my apartment and although the filter was changed, it didn’t help at the time. But as far as maintenance, he is great at his job.

Mera Greenfield is a brand new, state of the art, active 55+ community in Mesa. It is in a beautiful, convenient location with lots of shopping and restaurant choices. The staff is very accommodating and really a pleasure to be with. They offer lots of activities, a fitness center, a gorgeous pool, a library, etc that residents can use at their leisure. It is a great place to live if you are tired of paying for all of the costs of home ownership and just want to relax and enjoy a carefree life.
