I often visit a friend who lives at Mera Greenfield. The apartments are roomy and comfortable. The facility itself is very clean. I have met a number of residents during my visits, and although I have a house and I do not plan to move anytime soon, sometimes I find myself wishing I lived here because everyone is so warm and friendly.

I moved from across the country to Mera Greenfield and it's been the best decision I have made! The management made it so easy and seamless to take care of everything before I got here so I could focus on the move itself. My apartment is so beautiful and clean! The building is very well kept and modern. The neighbors are always smiling and offering to help with whatever I need. I love the sparkling pool the most! Maintenance acted immediately for the questions I had. It's truly an exceptional experience!

My husband and I first met Jackie when we attended Mera Greenfield’s Open House in May ’26. We completed the self-guided tour, chatted with residents and staff. It was a great experience! We felt so welcomed that we signed the agreement the next day. We retired from our full-time jobs and moved to Mera in July ‘26. Yohariz, Asst Community Mgr, met us on our first day to give us our keys and last minute details. She has been so kind to us since day one. Having never experienced a 55+ Community before, we were blown away with the amenities and many activities that were offered. We received welcome emails and gifts from staff and residents. Everyone we encounter in the hallways, at events and activities are so very friendly and greet you with a smile. The nice thing is, if you prefer not to be involved, that’s ok, too! We were fortunate to be the first one ever to reside in our new apartment. We completed the move-in checklist and the few things that needed attention were promptly taken care of by Sam, the kind

I have now lived At Mera Greenfield since May 22, 2026! The application and move-in process was facilitated so comfortably for me. Management, staff members and residents are warm and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The wide variety of activities are always are enjoyable. The food is so yummy! When I moved here, I had lived in a home with 24 year-old appliances. The appliances here are modern, so they were to me. Members of the maintenance team were so helpful and patient in explaining things to me. I now feel right at home🏡

I moved into Mera Greenfield a month ago. The apartment layout is perfect for my needs. I enjoy sitting on my patio and greeting other residents as they walk by. The office staff has been fantastic. They respond to requests quickly and are concerned with making sure I have what I need. Sam, the maintenance worker, is efficient and quick to correct any issues. He is very pleasant and greets everyone with a smile. I enjoy the convivence of having a pool and exercise room to use. There are many activities and events that you can choose to be a part of. Thank you for making this transitional move easy and pleasant.

We recently toured Mera 55+ living complex in Mesa, We had a wonderful experience with Brenda. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She showed us two great floor plans and helped answer all of our questions, you can tell she really loves her job. The community itself was beautiful and offered great active adult lifestyle living. I'm looking forward to visiting my girlfriend and her mom when they move in next year.

They provide and plan wonderful events, a huge variety of things to do, something for everyone! They go above and beyond and over the top at the functions! Always a fun time! I went and toured Mera Greenfield…with Brenda and she was amazing. I enjoyed the tour very much and met some really nice people… Including Jackie in the office. Everybody was so friendly and accommodating. I am so excited to say that I will be moving there in June and can hardly wait. My daughter and I literally felt like we were at a resort. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. I am really looking forward to being a part of that community!!!

I have lived at Mera Greenfield since Jan 2025 and I love it here. Jodi and her entire staff are beyond phenomenal and I truly believe that is a big part of why so many of us love living here. They truly care and that caring can be felt and filters through the entire Mera community. The apartments are beautiful inside and the property and grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. Mera offers so much in the way of activities and amenities. You can stay as busy as you desire, or keep to yourself and enjoy your own exploration. If you’re thinking of moving here and desire community, activities and friendship, there’s all ages from 55 on up and you’re sure to find someone you’ll connect with. I can say with 100% certainty, when my lease is up in Jan 2027, I will definitely be signing a new one.

Super fantastic staff from the office people, to maintenance! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming right when you walk in the door. The facilities and amenities are great - basically resort style. They put on events and activities regularly and it’s a great vibe. An all around great place to live!

She listened carefully to all of my needs and worked hard to show me homes that could work for me and my pets. She has a winning, positive personality and was great to work with.

Just moved in a couple weeks ago and so far it has been great. We came from a 3-bdrm home into a one-bedroom apartment and believe me it was hard at first getting rid of a lot of “stuff” we had had for years. Now that we are settled in we are very happy to be here. A lot of amenities we haven’t used yet but I’m sure we will in the future.

My wife and I have lived in two different 55+ communities. Both Sparrow Living properties. Mera Greenfield is by far the best. Using any criteria, they surpass all competition. We would highly recommend them for your new home!

I moved to Mera Greenfield 6 months ago and have enjoyed every minute. They offer so many different activities you can participate in... if you choose too. The ladies in the office are awesome, always ready to help or just chat. Our maintenance guys are great! We have a heated pool, open year round, karate classes, fitness classes, movie nights, lots of card games and plenty of social events. I couldn't of picked a better place to live and enjoy this phase of my life.

The staff and residents at Mera Greenfield are amazing! They recently stepped up to help Arizona’s homeless population to reconnect with loved ones and friends by supporting WRITE NOW! WRITE NOW! is a project that provides packets containing greeting cards, stamped envelopes, pens, and pads of paper and are given to anyone wanting to touch base with family and/or friends. Mera staff found the project online and contacted me offering to provide packets for distribution at social service locations in the greater Phoenix area. On November 20, 2025, 12 incredibly artistic and enthusiastic residents created 83 packets for distribution at local churches and social service organizations. Mera Greenfield regularly addresses community needs in the Mesa area. A few of projects that they have supported recently include: • Feeding foster kids and those in need; • Supporting domestic violence survivors; • Offering emotional support and encouragement to cancer survivors and patients; and • Sewing supportive devices for pre

Mera Greenfield has it all! Amenities are fabulous. The activities are diverse and plentiful. There is something for everyone and if you want something more, all you have to do is mention it and someone will organize that activity and put it on the calendar! The staff is the best and the residents are, as well. It feels like family. You can do as much or as little as you would like. No judgement just lots of support by everyone staff and residents. Mera Greenfield has addressed a much needed gap in housing options for older seniors in Gilbert/Mesa. My reality is this was the right fit for my father who's on the older side of 55+ but not in poor health and not using assisted mobility devices. There were no apartment style options for seniors who were older but weren't ready for, and didn't need independent living. While searching I found most of the seniors moving into "independent living" are older and slower; we weren't looking for that. If your looking for a place for your older parent that's warm, new, and active, take a look at this place. There's also a great group of guys here, which is a bit different than other places that don't have as many men. It took me 3 years to find something like this for my parent. I moved in to this community in July. I was looking for a 55+ apartment complex and as soon as I walked in, I knew I wanted to live here. The lobby is stunning and the beautiful decor and amenities don’t end there. It’s a secure, well maintained complex. The staff and other residents are friendly. There are so many daily activities planned along with the gym, pool, game room, library, movie room and more. You can choose to participate or not but always made to feel welcome to join. They have a guest suite for serious potential residents to spend the night. Sam from maintenance is kind and competent. Jackie was such a fun yet professional to work with. Jodi and Yohariz are terrific managers. I can’t say enough about all the staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I’d be hard pressed to find a place that has everything I would want or need at a reasonable cost to rent.

Mera Greenfield is a brand new, state of the art, active 55+ community in Mesa. It is in a beautiful, convenient location with lots of shopping and restaurant choices. The staff is very accommodating and really a pleasure to be with. They offer lots of activities, a fitness center, a gorgeous pool, a library, etc that residents can use at their leisure. It is a great place to live if you are tired of paying for all of the costs of home ownership and just want to relax and enjoy a carefree life.
